CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be courteous of our time and yours by communicating with us in a timely manner should your circumstances change after booking. (1) If your scheduled treatment session is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled start time, 50% of the session fee will be due upon cancellation. (2) If your scheduled treatment session is missed without notification, or if you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notification, 100% of the session fee will be due within 24 hours of the scheduled session. **Any and all collection fees, including but not limited to attorneys, collection agencies, or other means of enforcing the Cancellation Policy will be included in the amount due.**
