CANCELLATION POLICY

When you schedule an appointment with Reclaimed Pain Solutions, that time is reserved exclusively for you and prevents another person from scheduling. Because we are often booked one week or more in advance, appointments cancelled on short notice are difficult or impossible to fill. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours typically are not filled by another client. Therefore, the following fees apply to cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, ***regardless of the reason for the change***. • More than 48 hours' notice: No fee • 24–48 hours' notice: 50% of session fee due • Within 24 hours: 100% of session fee due • No-show or more than 15 minutes late without notification: 100% of session fee due within 24 hours Rescheduling is treated the same as cancelling for purposes of this policy.
